The Platinum Artist VIP Package is designed for artists who want the complete premium experience. It includes mixing and mastering for up to 300 tracks, 5 revisions, stems and alternate versions, priority scheduling, and standard delivery within 7–10 business days.

All projects include a standard delivery window of 7–10 business days (business days exclude weekends and holidays).

Yes. Deadlines under 7 business days are considered Rush Orders and will incur a 50% surcharge of the total project cost. Rush availability must be confirmed before booking.

The clock starts only after all required files and payment are received. Files must be properly labeled and organized. Delays in submission will push back the delivery schedule.

Bookings are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before work starts, a partial refund may be issued at Xerran’s discretion (minus administrative fees).
