What’s included in the Signature Package?The Signature Package includes professional mixing and mastering for up to 120 tracks, 3 revisions, stems fully prepared and organized, and standard delivery within 7–10 business days.

What’s included in the Platinum Artist VIP Package?The Platinum Artist VIP Package is designed for artists who want the complete premium experience. It includes mixing and mastering for up to 300 tracks, 5 revisions, stems and alternate versions, priority scheduling, and standard delivery within 7–10 business days.

What is the standard turnaround time?All projects include a standard delivery window of 7–10 business days (business days exclude weekends and holidays).

Do you offer rush delivery?Yes. Deadlines under 7 business days are considered Rush Orders and will incur a 50% surcharge of the total project cost. Rush availability must be confirmed before booking.

When does the delivery timeframe begin?The clock starts only after all required files and payment are received. Files must be properly labeled and organized. Delays in submission will push back the delivery schedule.

How are revisions handled?Signature Package: 3 revisions included. Platinum Package: 5 revisions included. Revisions are scheduled weekly on Fridays (unless otherwise communicated). Extra revisions beyond the package limit may incur additional fees.

Can I cancel my booking?Bookings are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before work starts, a partial refund may be issued at Xerran’s discretion (minus administrative fees).

What happens if there’s an unexpected delay?While every effort is made to deliver on time, Xerran is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, emergencies, or client-side delays.
